So I'm back at it.
Writing a 50,000 word novel in 30 days.
Thirty days.
Deep breaths and a wine shipment might be necessary. I wonder if Penman Springs would send me a case if I thanked them on my acknowledgement page...
I haven't finalized an outline - something that is making my hands shake. I haven't really figured out who is going to live and die - something I know is probably common. What I do know is that this novel, this little paranormal romance, is going to be published. Bannerwing Books has already said so.
Under my name.
Just me.
No comfy spot between Amman and Garriepy, just Dawson. Or Lynn Rockwood, if I decide to use the pen name I've had since the sixth grade.
I'm somewhat on schedule but...
Just like last year, I'm having a hard time saying no to fun weekend activities.
Trip to the Bay Area?
Yes please!
Wine tasting?
Sign me up!
Doctor Who marathon?
Dude. I'm there.
I wonder if Nora Roberts has this problem.

My son and your son seem to be quite similar. Great scores in everything but handwriting. Congrats on the great report card, J.
Never even heard of getting an S or an E on a report card... Here is has always been A-F (A good, B, c d, and F as in Fail) or for lower grades it is 1-4 with 1 being bad, 4 awesome.
