Last November I started to see little badges and conversations about NaNoWriMo pop up.
Confused, I went to their website.
Intrigued, I calculated whether or not I could complete a novel in four days.
Sanely, I decided to try in 2011.
Little did I know I'd be moving, divorcing, working more hours, a single mom, writing for money, and still trying to keep up on my blog.
Still...
With my summer novel halfway done, but too painful to continue, I've been thinking...
There's this character, a really loud one, who's been jumping around like a two-year-old hopped up on a grande mocha.
He doesn't fit my Hidden Hollow crew.
He doesn't fit my WIP.
He does, however, intrigue me.
Which means he'd be pretty kick ass in a novel right about now.
So...in spite of everything, I'm going to attempt NaNoWriMo.
Am I crazy?
And yeah. Still no internet.

Yes! Let that character out. Good luck. ;)
And you didn't tell me???
Yes! Though I had hoped you would, I didn't even bother asking if you were doing NaNo this year with all you've got on your plate right now. But, I'm doing the Happy Dance for you and this new character that's turning your head into his own personal bounce house! I'm timecrafted on nanowrimo, hope you'll come find me. :>
YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. Now become my buddy and make sure you kick my butt weekly!!!! xoxoxo

Yay! Welcome to the party!
You're either crazy or amazing. I contemplated taking part too, for like two minutes before I decided that it would probably kill me. Good luck girlfriend!
