Oh Blueberry Honey Jam!

There are few posts that have created a sensation as much as my description of the corruption of bluberries.

I was accused of writing food porn.

But when you're pouring honey over a mess of boiling blueberries while the scents of lemon and sweetness linger in the air, you can't help but be seduced by the wonder that is blueberry honey jam.

Those of you who follow me on twitter know that there have been many a late night discussion of this sweetly tart concoction.

So I decided to give someone a jar.

Oh yes. It's another giveaway. (My blogiversary week is just full of surprises.)

To enter - and make sure you leave one comment per entry - simply do one of the following:

1. Mandatory entry - Sigh deeply in appreciation and leave a comment telling me what you would eat your blueberry honey jam on.

2. Tweet - "I just sighed a deep sigh at the thought of the blueberry honey jam that @in_mandyland is giving away. #blueberryseduction "

3. Like me on Facebook, follow me on twitter (@in_mandyland), follow this blog. One entry per way you follow me.

4. If you already follow in all those ways, leave a comment for each and then a comment telling me you rock. Because you are more awesome than awesome. Which means you're super awesome.

5. If you do 1-4, leave a comment that you are truly a blueberry honey jam junkie.

This giveaway is open to anyone who reads Mandyland. It will end at midnight PST on July 4th. The winner will be selected by random.org and will have 48 hours in which to respond to be before another winner is selected. I think that's about all. OH! I can not be held liable for any addiction to this jam.

Who needs to eat it on anything? It sounds delicious and I'd eat it right out of the jar.

I'm fanning myself over here.  Seriously.  I would make scones just to serve this jam on.

I'd eat it on toast.  I'd eat it and I'd boast.  I'd eat it straight from the jar.  I'd eat it in a bar.  I'd eat it in a tree. I'd eat it because it's free.

Homemade bread. I would smear it all over the bread and let it drip down my chin.

I so want this jam. You know I do.

Sigh.

I would eat your blueberry honey jam on a scone with some Devonshire clotted cream because that is the absolute best way to eat jam.

I sigh deeply each and every time I think about how you corrupt blueberries. ...sigh...

What would I put it on? The whole grain nuts & seeds bread my Princess & I are both loving lately or if I'm going to go all the way with the corruption, why not in an ice cream sandwich...why not?! :>

Okay, confession:  I can't be a blueberry jam junkie as I've never had the homemade creation...but, I'd love to try! :> (And then I'd have to hide it deep in the fridge or my kidlets would gobble it all up as I can't keep enough blueberries in the house to please them! lol)
