I'd forgotten a year of my life.
Worse, I'd forgotten a year of my children's lives.
In my dream, I went to sleep - that's how you know you're tired - and when I woke, Joseph and Elizabeth were a year older. I freaked out. Of course. I asked Chad how they could be older. He looked at me like I was insane.
It's a look I know all too well.
He told me that I'd been with them the whole year. I ran to my computer and sure enough...I'd blogged per usual. (Yes, I dream about blogging. Obsessed much?) But I couldn't remember any of the events mentioned in my blogs.
It was awful.
And probably brought on by this picture.
When I looked at it, I said, "Wow...when did you guys hold a monkey?"
Followed by...
"Wait...that's me!!!! When did I hold a monkey?!?!"
Because, really, isn't that something one should remember?
Psstt...I'm reviewing a great product over at Makes Fun of Stuff today. Go check it out.
