Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Last Tuesday I helped throw a baby shower for a friend who also happens to be a co-worker. Worried that there wouldn't be enough food (silly, I know) I scrambled Monday night, looking for an easy, quick recipe.

My crockpot came to the rescue.

This recipe is so simple, so delish, so easy, it's going on the dinner rotation.

Side note: We might have to figure something out once we go vegetarian.

Side, side note: It actually seems a bit...wrong...to eat chicken when you're raising chickens.

Side, side, side note: And yes, we're buying free-range.

Onwards!

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless are easiest)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (we used spicy)
French Rolls

Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot, cover with BBQ sauce and cook for four hours. Shred and serve on rolls.

That's it.

Seriously.

It's that simple.
