We signed up for Netflix again. While Redbox is great, it just doesn't offer a lot of the more indie flicks that Chad and I love. A side benefit has been the on demand option. Particularily as it pertains to Dexter.
I'm definitly digging Dexter.
I know I should be horrified to be so addicted to a television show in which the "hero" is a serial killer. I know I should be rooting for the police to discover his double life. I know I should be cringing as he hugs his girlfriend and interacts with his co-workers. I know all that, yet...
I have to say I'm loving it.
It's gory, violent, dark. But, in a werid way, oh-so-funny. Some of the best scenes are when Dexter is with his victims. His perfectly dry manner is creepy, yet, somehow, perfect.
So now, every afternoon, I siddle up to the computer with my lunch and delve into the twisted, dark mind of a serial killer. And love every minute of it.

Hahaha, I started watching Dexter, too, and I love it. You explained it well, a '"hero" is a serial killer'. I Love it! I love that the show is not the typical cops and robbers drama that seems to be all over the set now. Not that I don't like those types of shows but I like that someone was spiffy enough to make a twist on the usual show. And it is done so well.
I wonder what that has to say about me? Muuaaahhhh.
