There's so much to post, but I'm going to take a few moments and add this to my "recipe" list so that we don't have to Google it later...
Turkey Salad
2-3 cups cooked turkey
3 celery stalks
1/4 onion
2 T. sweet relish
1/2 c. walnuts
1-1/2 c. mayo
salt and pepper
Put the turkey, celery, onion, and walnuts into a food processor. Pulse until it's the consistency you prefer. Add salt, pepper, mayo and sweet relish. Serve on wheat bread with cheddar cheese. Yuummmm.... Next time we're going to make sure we have craisins on hand and see how that tastes.
