Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles Recipe

I have three posts part-way done, but, before I finish downloading pictures, I must interrupt myself to share this seriously yummy recipe.

Mandyland is once again populated by sickies. Joseph has tonsillitis and a cold and an ear infection, because, you know, one of the three is just too easy. I caught his cold because, well, Mommies usually do. That leaves all cooking to Daddy and after three nights of frozen pizza, we were all ready for something different. We came up with...

Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 c. frozen mixed veggies
1 c. milk
Sprinkle of onion soup mix (maybe 2T??)
Pepper
1 Pkg. bow tie pasta
Shredded cheddar cheese

Place everything except the pasta in your crockpot. Cook on high for five hours. Shred the chicken with a fork and add the pasta. Cook on high one more hour. Top with shredded cheese just before serving.

Overall...yummy, comfort food goodness without the hassle.

I need to use my crockpot more often. I love, love, love not having to worry about dinner at the end of the day.
