Low Fat Pumpkin Muffin Recipe

I just took out another batch of my super low point muffins. This time, at Nicole's suggestion, I used a carrot cake mix instead of yellow.

Oh. My. God.

Seriously amazing.

To recap:

1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
1 carrot or spice cake mix

Mix and spoon into a muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. That's it.

Now if only I could stop eating them.
