Mmmm...Squashy

Last weekend, Danielle baked a butternut squash for dinner one night. So delish. So healthy. So autumn-y. So squashy. I decided to bake one myself for dinner tonight.

Baked Butternut Squash

Slice squash in half and place face down in baking dish. But in oven at 350 for an hour or until soft.

I like my savory with salt and pepper. Danielle added cinnamon to hers. Either way...seriously good.

U should try a kabocha squash. Olive oil, salt and pepper, brown sugar and a partial bake. Then sautee with butter and more salt and pepper. Delish!
