Blueberry French Toast Casserole

There's a French Toast casserole recipe that has been making the round on my moms' board for the last few years. It's one of those creamy, sweet, luscious concoctions you can only make once a year because if you made it more often you'd never get anything done with all the people worshiping the ground you walk on.

Best of all, it's easy.

This year, I decided to make it for my office open house. Originally, I was going to go for my crock pot French toast concoction, but at the last minute changed things up.

And because I can never leave a recipe alone, I bring you...

Blueberry French Toast Casserole
with Cranberry Orange Cream Cheese
(aka Oh My Good God)

1 loaf French bread, cubed
12 ounces Cranberry Orange Cream Cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. blueberries
8 eggs
cinnamon
1 T vanilla
6 T melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 T Grand Marnier

1. Spray your pan and line with half the bread.

2. Cream together the sugar and cream cheese

3. Top with blueberries.

4. Put the rest of the bread on top.

5. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the top.

6. Put in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

8. Enjoy!
